Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. 1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast costs ZAR 80.00 per child under 12 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One further child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One further older child or adult is charged ZAR 600.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
