Travel information

By car: - Arriving at Johannesburg International Airport, take the N3 Western by-pass until the overhead signs read Roodepoort N1. - Continue straight ahead (keeping left), direction of Roodepoort. - Exit at Rivonia ramp. - Continue up the ramp, turning right onto 12th Avenue (which becomes Cowley Road). - Continue on Cowley Road until you reach Mount Street. - Turn left onto Mount Street, then left again onto Culross Road.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 13 years are welcome.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
