Hotel details

The palace was originally built by King Carlos III for his mother. It is named after Queen Victoria Eugenie, wife of King Alfonso XIII. Over the centuries, numerous royals and other notables retired to the palace to enjoy its peaceful and privileged surroundings. Impressive original features include the grand staircase with its golden banisters.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s restaurant, Renacimiento, is located on the ground floor. It offers a daily-changing variety of dishes, specialising in Spanish regional cuisine.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.45 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
