Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
