Marco Polo features a variety of international dishes, from Italian to Mediterranean, created with fresh ingredients. Pancho's offers a large menu of traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine. Cafe Solaris features a delicious breakfast buffet and Rosmarinus offers a variety of snacks, sandwiches and salads for lunch.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
