Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  4 % service charge per room per night is not included.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 27.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
