El Tapanco is located on-site and features a traditional Mexican menu as well as a variety of new Mexican dishes. The Mesquite Grill is also on-site and offers a number of daily fresh grill specials.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 100.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
