Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 0.75 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
