Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 1.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
