Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 6.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
