Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Late arrival is possible if the hotel is made aware in advance.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 28.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
