Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
