Guests at the W can enjoy light fare and a variety of cocktails and beverages at the W Cafe. XYZ restaurant is also located on-site and features an upscale menu, complete with an extensive vintage wine list. The XYZ Bar, also on-site, offers a number of signature cocktails and beverages.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 14.95 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 49.80 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.065 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
