Located on-site is the Big 4 Restaurant, serving a variety of contemporary American cuisine in a classic San Francisco setting. The award-winning restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and features live nightly piano music in the bar.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Use of the Nob Hill Spa, including the pool and Jacuzzi, is not permitted for guests under the age of 16.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 44.06 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
