Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Parking is limited. It is on a first come first serve basis. The City of San Francisco and The Redevelopment Agency have started construction next to the annex building of the Knight's Inn. Work is done from 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
