Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 30.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 47.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.07 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
