Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 10.00 per day.  Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 15.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
