Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Guests must contact the hotel upon arrival at the airport for shuttle pick up. Shuttle hours are 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
