The on-site restaurant will open in the fall of 2009. Enjoy the freshest seafood straight from the docks or delicious Italian specialties just steps from the hotel. Everything from fast food to fine dining is within a 5 minute walk.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
