Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.5 % Tax is not included.  USD 5.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  2 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
