Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Extra beds are only allowed in rooms with a king size bed. Please note, for any rates with "Special Conditions - Breakfast Included", guests will receive free breakfast for children (up to 12 years of age, maximum of 2 children per room). Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
