Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.565 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
