Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. **Pets less than 50 lbs. are permitted with a non-refundable cleaning fee of USD 50.**

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.565 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  2 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
