Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, that any cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM the day before arrival. For any cancellations made after this time, or in case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
