Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 0.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 13 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
