Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 3.45 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
