Originally built as a school by 4 brothers in the Society of Mary in 1852, La Mansion del Rio opened as a luxury hotel in 1968. Guests are welcome to visit the nearby Watermark Spa offering a range of spa services for men and women. The spa features 19 private treatment rooms, massages, facials, body scrubs and more.

The on-site restaurant, Las Canarias, is spread over 3 floors and features a view of the Riverwalk. Guests can dine on a variety of dishes such as buffalo carpaccio or Texas blue crab. For a more private dining experience, 24-hour room service is available from Las Canarias.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.Valet Parking available for USD 28 per day. Pets required a USD 50 non-refundable deposit.
