By Car: From the San Antonio Airport: - Head north-west on Airport Boulevard towards the Airport exit. - Bear slightly left to stay on Airport Boulevard. - Take the US-281 S ramp. - Continue straight. - Take the ramp on the left onto US-281 S. - Take exit 141A for Commerce Street toward Downtown. - Keep right at the fork, following signs for Hemisfair Plaza/Institute of Texan Cultures and merge onto E Commerce Street. - Turn left at S St Marys Street. - Turn right at Villita Street.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
