Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served in the hotel's main restaurant. Opening hours: Breakfast: 07:30-10:30 Lunch: 13:00-15:30 Dinner: 18:30-21:30 The hotel also has an à la carte restaurant Gorbea - specialising in traditional Basque cuisine. It is situated on the top terrace of the hotel and enjoys panoramic views. You can also grab a snack in the bar in the garden. There are various bars in the hotel where you can relax with a drink in the evening or by the pool.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel up to 5 kg upon request. Pet access to communal hotel areas is restricted.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
