Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
