Situated just 2 km away from the centre of Salzburg, the hotel's position allows easy access to the motorway and the sights around Salzburg, such as the Salzkammergut (lake district), the Mondsee (lake) and the towns of St. Wolfgang and Fuschl. Close to the hotel there are bars, a restaurant and many shops.

By public transport: From the train station take bus number 23. It stops directly in front of the villa. From the city centre take bus number 4. It also stops in front of the villa.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
