Hotel details

The staff at the reception is pleased to inform you about the various cultural events, such as concerts, taking place in the fortress and in Mirabell Palace. These tickets can be booked at the hotel, as well as for guided tours and excursions in and around the city. To make your stay in Salzburg as pleasant as possible, we can recommend excellent restaurants and charming cafés near the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is served from 07:30 to 09:30.

Please note that, due to the hotel's location in a pedestrian zone, it is only possible to drive to the hotel to unload your luggage. There is a parking garage (Mirabellgarage) close by.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 13.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
