All our apartments are individually furnished. One apartments offers a view of Getreidegasse, the other of the courtyard and the garden.

Food & Beverages

There are coffee shops and restaurants in all price ranges within minutes of the apartments, which feature small kitchens to prepare breakfast.

For individual check-in times please contact the hotel. Credit cards are required for all reservations. Minimum stay: 2 nights. Third person on request.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 14.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
