Food & Beverages

A generous breakfast buffet is included in the price. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, which is very well-known for its superb cuisine. It comprises a traditional cosy restaurant, an elegant wood-panelled restaurant and a bar area. In summer meals and/or drinks can be enjoyed in the picturesque dining garden. The restaurant is closed Sunday evenings and all day Monday. Alternative recommendations are available at the reception desk.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

From the train station it is approx. 7 to 10 minutes by taxi, from the airport approx. 10 minutes.

Area information

Due to the excellent location of the hotel, close to the motorway exit Salzburg Mitte, all popular attractions such as the Salzkammergut, Berchtesgarden, the salt mines etc. are easily accessible. The Old City is a 13-minute bus ride away. For guests who wish to see the sights without cars (free parking for cars and buses at the hotel), tours and excursions can be booked at the reception desk.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
