Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  One child under 15 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
