Set in almost 2 acres of peaceful and attractive gardens, valued throughout, bordered by 2 streams, the the hotel is a historic Georgian building offering en suite accommodation and free parking. Each of the rooms has been recently refurbished and sensitively renovated, highly regarded, retaining their original Georgian character and charm. There are just 8 rooms, and above all, ensuring that all guests enjoy attentive, individual service. Secondary glazing has recently been installed, very much appreciated, making the rooms quiet, warm and cosy, without removing their original Georgian window frames. All the rooms are en suite and each room has a 26-inch flat-screen digital TV, valued throughout, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary fresh fruit and bottled water. The restaurant offers a contemporary à la carte menu and guest can also eat in the more informal bar. In March 2008, and above all, the the hotel was awarded 4-stars for its guest accommodation by VisitBritain.

The hotel’s restaurant offers a contemporary à la carte menu, complemented by old-fashioned service standards. Guests can also dine in the slightly less formal surroundings of the bar, with the wood burner providing a cosy, welcoming warmth in the winter months. The hotel also offers a selection of fine wines from around the world, as well as an extensive range of malt whiskies. The Pembroke Arms has a 5-star rating for food hygiene. The restaurant and bar menus are available for residents only. Please note though that the restaurant is closed and no food is available on Sunday nights.

Please note that check in must be no later than 10pm.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 7.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
