Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  8 % service charge per stay is included.  9 % city/tourist tax per stay is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs OMR 7.50 per person.  Breakfast costs OMR 3.75 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged OMR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
