Please note that Crown Fort is part of a complex and the facilities described can be found within the whole complex Due to Crown Fort's elevated situation this complex is not suitable for handicapped or elderly guests.

Payments have to be made by Visa or Mastercard. Cash payment is not accepted upon arrival. Full payment is taken prior to arrival. Guests will be required to reconfirm their credit card details prior to arrival as security against any accidental damage.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
