Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 25 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 85.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 29.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 85.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
