For 1-night stays, bed and bathroom linen, bed making, end of stay cleaning and TV are included in the room rate. This special offer is available until 01 July 2009 and then from 31 August to the end of the summer season. In residence package: For stays of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, bed and bathroom linen is available at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets. Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. We will ask separetly deposit of EUR 250 and EUR 50. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked. Opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Sunday: 10:00 to 12:00. Wednesday: Closed

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
