The hospitality manager will meet the guest near the entrance of the building, right under the address plaque. The guest will be accompanied to the apartment and given the keys to the room. Late arrival (after 22:00) should be confirmed 1 day before arrival. Payment must be made in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit card, this payment must be arranged in advance. Please note that there is a 5% bank transaction fee applied to deposit credit card charges and an 8% bank transaction fee applied to balance credit card charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged RUB 1000.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
