Hotel details

The hospitality manager meets the guest near the entrance of the building, right under the address plaque. The guest will be accompanied to the apart-hotel and given the keys to the room. Late arrival (after 22:00) should be agreed with the Apart-hotel managers 1 day before arrival. Payment must be made in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit card, this payment must be arranged in advance. Please note that there is a 5% bank transaction fee applied to deposit credit card charges and 8% bank transaction fee applied to balance credit card charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
