Cancellation over 45 days or more will be subject to a full refund, Cancellation within 45-30 days will be subject to a penalty of 1 night room charge or 25%. Cancellation within 30-15 days will be subject to a penalty of 2 nights rooms charge or 30%. Cancellation within 15-7 days will be subject to a penalty of 3 nights rooms charge or 50%. Cancellation within 7 less days or No-shows will be subject to no refund or a 100% penalty fee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Sangster/Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ): Approximate driving time is one hour, 45 minutes and distance is 109 km (68 miles). Driving directions from Sangster/Montego Bay International Airport: Depart airport to highway A1 east. Follow highway signs toward Ocho Rios. Sign pointing to hotel is located on the highway near the western edge of downtown Ocho Rios. Getting there: The Tropical Tours desk outside the baggage-claim area offers roundtrip transportation between the airport and resort (US$16-$25). Taxis (more than US$36) are also available. (Prices subject to change). Although rental cars are available online, few visitors to Jamaica rent cars unless they are comfortable driving British-style (on the left). Shuttle vans or private cars of varying prices are available. Getting around: Taxis are available at the resort.
