Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Up to two further older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
