The chef of restaurant offers regional specialities such as Sauerkraut, Bäekeoffe, Cream and onion tart, Presskopf, Cochonaille (in November). You'll also find gastronomical dishes or menus with different sort of meat (Beef, Veal, Lamb), game and fish (Salmon, Monkfish, flat marine fish or red Mullet). The hotel also propose home made fatted goose or duck liver that you can savour in the restaurant or take away.

Area information

Saint-Jean-Saverne is located inside the regional natural park of the North Vosges. Saint Jean Saverne is a small town nestled at the foot of the Vosges. It offers a fantastic view on the Alsatian countryside. In a marvellously green setting, between fields and forest, the village offers its visitors magnificent traditional houses nicely decorated with flowers and its ancient abbey church with a Silbermann organ and 16th century tapestries.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
