Hotel details

Reservations for a stay of 3 nights or more : The hotel will charge to the credit card a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, upon reservation. In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival : the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival : the hotel will keep 50% of the deposit. In case of cancellation from 14 days prior to arrival up to the arrival day : the hotel will keep the entire deposit.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
