Pets less than 3 kilograms in weight are welcome at an additional cost.

For all reservations for a stay of 3 nights or more, a prepayment of 30 % of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of the reservation. This prepayment is non refundable in case of cancellation or amendment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 38.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
