Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 30.00 per person.  American breakfast costs EUR 36.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 30.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per child under 13 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 80.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
