Breakfast is not served on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Residence opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 Sundays and public holidays: closed If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
