Offering a warm and functional environment to relax, work or socialise, the studios are equipped, with a sofa bed (made before your arrival), a double bed or twin beds, and a living room with a desk corner. The accommodation will be cleaned once a week.

Food & Beverages

There is no breakfast on Sundays and public holidays.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:30 and 14:15 to 18:45 Monday to Friday, and from 08:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:00 at Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code. Internet cables are available at the reception at an additional cost.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
